From Historic Post Office to Perfect Patio

Renovating the historic Fort Collins Post Office into a prime margarita spot required a complete renovation of the existing space including asbestos abatement and ceiling demolition.

The new welcoming interior includes custom woodwork, warm color tones, and distressed metal accents. Windows were expanded on the north and east faces to create natural lighting throughout the space. Diners enjoy two indoor and two outdoor dining areas including patio seating with tabletop firepits and prime people-watching along College Avenue, Fort Collins’ busiest street.

Brinkman Construction has completed three additional locations for this client, including a Blue Agave Grill location in Denver and Vatos Tacos & Tequila in Fort Collins, and Palomino Restaurant in Loveland.
