Expanding a Craft Brewery into an Urban Winery

The OBC Wine Project included both the renovation of one of Odell Brewing Company’s small production facilities and the addition of a new wine garden. The existing metal building that was used for their Fort Collins brewery operations was transformed into additional production space, a lab/office, cooler, and tasting room. The project included the addition of a new outdoor patio and community wine garden that utilized pavers from the original brewery to maintain a consistent design and minimize waste.
