Tivoli Brewing

Denver, Colo.

Transforming a 150-Year-Old Building into a Vibrant Brewhouse

This interior renovation created a brewhouse and tap room in the historic Tivoli Brewing Company building which first opened in 1861. The building is currently used as the student union building for Metro State University, Community College of Denver, and University of Colorado Denver.

The renovation included the conversion of the existing Cimarron Coffee Shop while maintaining the historic significance of the building. The brewhouse and tap room are separated by a glass wall allowing visitors and students to observe the brewing process.
